We have introduced the process of sheet casting, a technology we have taken up from Bonetti, Italy. Buttons are manufactured from a sheet casted from unsaturated imported polyester resin and other chemicals including best quality pearl. Here we can produce the complete size range of blanks from 14L to 46L.

Rod casting process of button making technology currently used by us is from Bonetti, Italy. Buttons are manufactured from polyester rods with a large variety of multi color designs. We can produce the complete size range of blanks from 14L to 60L.

Turning process of button technology is another area of our expertise in button manufacturing. In this process the polyester blanks are molded into the shapes of buttons using different tools. We have the capability to produce every shape of button with fully computerized automatic Bonetti and Giusi turning machines.

We manufacture all kinds of laser engraved logo and designed buttons by using hi-tech and advanced computerized Laser Engraving machines including Edge Laser technology from Bonetti, Italy. Our highly skilled designers and CAD teams are capable of making any logo or design on the buttons through the Laser Engraving and Edge Laser technology.

To give the best quality of finished product, we have a complex process of button finishing. We can control the process with different chemicals as per the requirement of customers like full polish, semi polish and mat finish.

We have a strict quality control system which starts with the procurement of raw material and carries on till the final product rolls out. Before packing, our quality control department thoroughly checks each product and makes sure that it is up to the mark. Every button gets personalized attention before being packed. Every stage of the process produces intermediates of high quality so the next phase gets the best input for processing. Thus the final product is filtered to the best quality standards.
